Meet Our Legal Team
Attorney Gary Davis
Mr. Davis is a long time resident of this area currently living on a small farm with his wife and two children. His hobbies include farming, golf and basketball.
Mr. Davis graduated from Indiana University before going on to get his law degree from Valparaiso University. 
Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Davis obtained a license to practice law in the State of Indiana and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. He is also licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan.
He previously worked as a LaPorte County Deputy Prosecuting Attorney and has served on a number of boards including Parents and Friends of the Handicapped, Northern Indiana Legal Services, Rochester College, the LaPorte County Election Board and Shults-Lewis Child and Family Services Board. He served on the Pastoral Relations Committee at his home church, The Harbert Community Church. Mr. Davis is on the board for the LaPorte County YMCA.
Mr. Davis concentrates his practice in Social Security Disability. He has been involved with representing people in Social Security Disability claims since 1982. Mr. Davis is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant Representatives (NOSSCR).
Mr. Davis also represents workers in Indiana Worker’s Compensation claims who receive serious work injuries. He has been representing injured workers since 1982.
Attorney Aubrey Jackl
Aubrey was born and raised in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.
Mrs. Jackl earned dual degrees in Marketing and Finances from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin before going on to earn her law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law. During law school, Mrs. Jackl served as Vice President of the Women’s Law Society, was a teaching assistant for the Legal Writing Program, and a member of the Business Law Society.
Upon graduation from law school, Mrs. Jackl obtained a license to practice law in the State of Indiana and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. Mrs. Jackl concentrates her practice in the area of Social Security Disability. Attorney Jesse Jackl
Jesse grew up in Wisconsin where he earned a bachelors degrees in Accounting and Finance. He then moved to Indiana where he studied law at Valparaiso University School of Law. While attending law school, Mr. Jackl participated in the school’s clinic program, which provides free legal assistance to needy individuals, families, and organizations. He also prepared annual tax returns for low income families and individuals through the law school’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program.
Mr. Jackl graduated from Valparaiso Law in May 2008. He was admitted to the Indiana State Bar Association in October of 2008 and is licensed to practice law before the courts of the State of Indiana as well as in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. Mr. Jackl practices Social Security Disability Law. He enjoys traveling, playing basketball, and golfing.
Attorney Noel Rascon
Noel was born and raised in Arizona. He is a fluent Spanish speaker who grew up in a Spanish speaking household. 
In 2006 he graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Philosophy and a minor in Business Administration. Noel earned his Juris Doctorate from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2010. While in law school Noel was selected to the International Moot Court Competition Team, a member of the winning team of the Susan J. Ferrell Intercultural Human Rights competition in 2010 and served on the Executive Board (Justice of Finance.)
Noel is a licensed attorney in the state of Illinois as well as the United States District Courts for both the Northern and Southern Districts of Illinois. Noel is also a licensed attorney in the state of Indiana and the United States District Courts for both the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. He concentrates his practice in Worker’s Compensation and Social Security Disability.
