Attorney Fees
There are no attorney fees paid unless and until you win. If we are not successful in winning your disability or worker’s compensation case, then you will owe no attorney fees.
The only costs involved in your disability or worker’s compensation case would be any fees or costs that your treating physicians might charge for copies of your medical records and/or preparation of medical assessments or narrative letters.
Social Security Disability
All fees for Social Security Disability and SSI cases are set by Congress and must be approved by the Social Security Administration. Attorney fees are 25% of any back award you receive with a maximum fee cap of $6,000.00.
Worker’s Compensation
For worker’s compensation cases, the fees are set by statute. It is a minimum of $200.00 plus 20% of the first $50,000 and 15% of anything over $50,000.
